Lucy Bag

Introducing the Lucy Duffle. This versatile quilted duffle features two zippered end pockets for secure storage and two slip pockets for quick access. Perfect for a weekend getaway, gym essentials, or everyday use, the Lucy Duffle is the ideal combination of practicality and charm.

In this class you will get a good start on assembling the Lucy Bag, but you will likely not complete it in one class. You have the option of signing up for the second class in March if you'd like some more time and assistance to complete the bag.

This is the first in our series of Bag Club Classes. You do not need to be a member of the club to join the class. But club members do get a discount on class registration ($10). Club members must call the shop to receive the discount on the class. Refunds will not be provided. 

You can select your own fabric for the Lucy Bag or purchase a kit. The kit ($111.59) includes all supplies needed for the bag (fabric, webbing, Soft and Stable, mesh, and zippers). The long handle is an additional purchase (2 yards of webbing and hardware) for $25.

The first step in the bag is to quilt your exterior and lining fabric to the Soft and Stable. This needs to be done prior to class so you can get to constructing the bag. Bag Club members can opt to have us quilt their fabric for them for $30. To utilize our quilting services, fabric must be purchased at Rae-Bon.
