Weekend Sling

You can never have too many sling bags — and this stylish Flying Geese Sling Bag is the perfect one to add to your collection! In this class, you’ll create a practical, hands-free bag that’s great for everyday errands, travel, or a quick trip to the quilt shop.

Along the way, you’ll learn Minki Kim’s Quilt-As-You-Go Flying Geese method, a fun and efficient technique that lets you piece and quilt at the same time.

In this class you'll get a great start on the Weekend Sling Bag, but probably won't finish. If you'd like some help finishing, sign up for class again in May. 

This is the second in our series of Bag Club Classes. You do not need to be a member of the club to join the class. But club members do get a discount on class registration ($10). Club members must call the shop to receive the discount on the class. Refunds will not be provided. 

You can select your own fabric for the Weekend Sling or purchase a kit.
