In Janet Clare's home she is surrounded by logically thinking, good at maths- equation remembering spreadsheet lovers. She says she is someone who is entirely the opposite it made her think that maybe, just maybe data and maths could be interesting and maybe even beautiful? She took a better look and started a Pinterest board (her favorite!) and before long she found herself inspired by infographics, data visualisation artists and even equations that have changed the world- and then she drew them and played with her number stencils and before long she had a fabric collection called ‘DATA’.
