Rita the Ripper Pattern
Everyday Stitches
This fun tribute to our most
dreaded sewing notion is a 16” x 29” foundation paper pieced wall
hanging. Do you love or hate your seam ripper? Or is “frenemies” the
best way to describe your relationship? Either way, there will come a
day when you need her, and you’ll be glad she’s around! To make the
quilt, you need 4 gradations of one color for the background and three
colors for the handles. Two shades of gray and red for the balls round
out the fabric requirements. The block templates are included but you
need to provide your own paper piecing paper of your choice. This is
an easy foundation paper pieced pattern suitable for the confident
beginner on up. It is fat eighth and scrap friendly.
